And this is the bit all the fuss is about (WAKE UP PENZANCE)
It's more than that. Seeing as the harbour walls are listed the Route Parnership should have consulted English Heritage from the outset instead of chasing after a scheme that was always going to be turned down anyway. Should be looking at an extension to the Alber Pier, with the terminal on the car park. Close to both the bus and railway station and a major road into Penzance.
